Great news Cardinal community, We were able to secure an opponent for Friday evenings Homecoming game! The Republic Tigers are travelling west from Northeastern Washington to play your Cardinals at 7:00PM Friday night at Winlock High School Stadium. Senior Night recognition will begin prior to kickoff at approximately 6:45PM. Homecoming Court crownings will occur at halftime. #GoCards

Dear Winlock Community, Buses are back on regular routes and times tomorrow. Thank you for your support and flexibility for earlier pick up times today. Our district appreciates your efforts, especially on such short notice. Reminder: Friday, October 29th is the end of the first quarter and Early Release (12:00 WMES, 12:15 WMS/WHS). Monday, November 1st is NOT a late start day. School will begin at it’s regular start time due to Conference week. Conference Week is November 1 - 5. Early Release for all sites. WMES (12:00) WMS/WHS (12:15) Friday’s (10/29) Homecoming game against Ocosta has been cancelled. The next home game will be next week (11/5 or 11/6) against a team yet to be determined.

Dear Winlock Families; Due to a driver shortage tomorrow, Tuesday October 26th there will be some morning route time changes. We anticipate this to be temporary, and only for Tuesday, October 26th. If you are able to, parents are encouraged to please transport their students to school tomorrow morning. If you are transporting your student(s) please call (360)785-4568 and leave a brief message with your address so we can eliminate some stops. To help accommodate and assist parents and buses the schools will open their doors tomorrow morning at 7:30 am and will supervise students until school begins at its regular time. Please look below to see your student’s route time. Thank you for your help in this situation. Routes 17 will be running 45 minutes early pick up and drop off at school Route 2 will be running 45 minutes early pick up and drop off at school Route 1 will be running 35 minutes late pick up and drop off at school Route 7 will be running 1 hour and 30 minutes late pick up and drop off at school Route 16 is on regular time Route 8 is on regular time Route 3 is on regular time If there are any changes to afternoon drop offs at home, Transportation Supervisor Sammie York will notify you by noon tomorrow, October 26, 2021.

Winlock School District Update: Both school sites have power and school will begin at 10:30 a.m. Bus pick up times will be two hours later than regular pick up times. No teacher PLC time this morning. All other activities will continue on their regular schedule.
